WHEN TO ARRIVE

It is my recommendation to all my VIP Guests to arrive by 4:00PM for the first live show or at 6:00PM for the second live show to catch the beginning of the live show, food and main extravaganza of the Red-Carpet event.

OCCUPANCY

We have seating in the tent to accommodate up to 500 VIP guest plus airconditioned restrooms.
